- Requests must be made within 36 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process refunds and exchanges.
Non-Eligible Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional items.
- Requests made after the 36-hour window.
- Exchanges for different shades are not allowed. You will receive the same product as a replacement for defective or incorrect orders.
Refund Process
