Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges are available only for defective products or incorrect orders.
  • Requests must be made within 36 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process refunds and exchanges.

 

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional items.
  • Requests made after the 36-hour window.
  • Exchanges for different shades are not allowed. You will receive the same product as a replacement for defective or incorrect orders.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, and exchanges will be shipped promptly.
